Title Web Based Senior Designer
Description
Oopies is seeking talented and experienced people to join our growing creative team. Ideal candidates will have experience with the entire creative process through the course of design, development, and implementation. Candidates will offer graphical support to web-based applications, including concepting original artwork, strategic design, production and html/ asp layout. Candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of the principles of design, type, use of color, and other graphic design techniques. Good understanding of Web colors, graphic user interface design, and site mapping (information architecture) also required. The ideal candidate must be creative and detail-oriented with exceptional design skills and have the ability to work efficiently under time constraints (required).
Required Skills Must have extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and ability to read and write HTML and CSS using a non-WSYWIG environment. Ideally, candidate will have strong experience using Flash technology. Candidate must be deadline conscious, results driven, and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Two plus years of solid design and HTML experience required.This is not an entry level position.
Daily: Design, update, and build Web pages using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools.
Weekly: design and prototype user interface features such as navigation, site animation, and special effects using JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, and Flash.
Monthly: conduct research for best practices and apply those principles to current projects. Educate self on most current Web design techniques and trends in field.

Oopies is seeking senior sales associates to join our growing sales team. This is a career opportunity in sales calling on top private and public companies. Must have contacts and can start producing day one. Only apply if you are a seasoned sales executive. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience with the following:
Drive revenue and establish relationships between Vascent and our target markets.
Develop and sustain pipeline of qualified prospective clients large enough to meet or exceed financial goals.
Proactively targeting and developing relationships with key industry prospects.
Understands the organization's capabilities completely and accurately articulates the value Vascent expertise provides.
Understand customers' unique needs and business models to negotiate deal structures/contracts and close integrated opportunities.
Contribute to overall business development strategy, methodology, staffing and tools.
Communicate industry opportunities to management and help facilitate internal enhancements designed to best position the company for success.
Required Skills 3-4 years consultative selling to senior level executives. Experience with various technologies including but not limited to: Content Management Systems, Database development, Portals/Intranet/Extranet, Proven track record of meeting, demonstrable ability to analyze business problems and articulate technology solutions, strong understanding of the Internet including industry trends, key players, terminology and overall economics of the marketplace, trong understanding of contracts (SOW) and ability to write proposals, familiar with site development process, creative process, UI design issues, IA, online marketing and branding and e-commerce issues.

Title: Multimedia Flash Developer
Description:
Oopies is seeking talented and experienced people to join our growing creative team. This team is responsible for the concept, design and implementation of creative deliverables in web, print and multi-media. We are currently looking for a senior level multi-media developer with 5-7 years of experience in interactive design. He/she will work with a team designing complex web-based applications and brand identity projects. He/she must work within a predefined scope and provide reasonable and accurate time estimates for development. This developer will work in a team environment of other multimedia developers, designers and project managers to meet and exceed client expectations.
Required Skills Candidates must have strong creative/arts background and relevant portfolio of creative projects. At least 3 years of experience with Flash and thorough knowledge of Flash 5.0 are required. Experience creating dynamic Flash applications using Action Scripting and ASP is required. Expert-level working knowledge of JavaScript and CSS is strongly desired. XML experience a plus. Demonstrated knowledge of good software design principles, adherence to programming guidelines, establishing new guidelines when necessary, and an understanding of bandwidth, multi-platform and multi-browser issues with web and Flash design are also needed. Must have extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, and ability to read and write HTML in a non-WSYWIG environment.
